Reaching the Unreached - Softcover

9Marks Guide Empowers Believers to Reach the Last Languages with the Gospel Through Long-Term, Church-Centered Missions

Jesus told his followers that salvation “should be proclaimed in his name to all nations, beginning from Jerusalem (Luke 24:47).” But different characteristics between people groups—including language, lineage, laws, and land—can make it difficult to reach those who have no access to the gospel. If believers are to fulfill the Great Commission, they must be equipped to navigate these barriers.

In this brief guide, Brooks Buser and Justin Harris help missionaries and their sending churches reach unreached language groups through effective, biblical missions strategies. Buser shares from his experience living with the Yembiyembi people, translating the scriptures into their native tongue and teaching them the Bible until a church was planted. Harris writes from a local perspective, explaining how churches provide a healthy foundation for international missions. Together, they detail how to build and strengthen churches around the world, emphasizing long-term health, not hurry. Offering an effective, biblical strategy for global evangelism, this guide equips believers to reach the last languages with God’s word.
