Price Matching
If you find a lower bulk price, please let us know. We will do our best to price match whenever possible. Our website doesn't have a way to automatically do this but we can certainly help you by phone.
 Shipping & Delivery
Shipping is included in our prices and we only charge $5.95 for handling. If you are ordering less than a case and do not have a mail receptacle, you must use your PO Box as the shipping address to prevent your order from being returned and to avoid any reshipping fees. Some restrictions and limitations to our included shipping rates may apply to residences outside the continental 48 US States.
 Privacy & Security
We believe in a simple privacy policy. Bibles At Cost does not share, rent, or sell your personal information, period. We hate spam just as much as you do. We hope that you enjoy receiving our email promotions and newsletters, but understand if you get too much email these days and wish to unsubscribe. Bibles At Cost will always offer a simple convenient way to opt out of email newsletters, although we'd hate to see you go!
Lost/Never Received Shipments
If you never received your order, you must notify us within 2 months from the order date. We may not be able to refund orders that are reported beyond this period as a result of us being unable to file insurance claims. This is because tracking numbers for old orders stop working leaving us without any proof of ever having shipped the orders in the first place.

Returns & Replacements
Any defects or shortages must be reported within 15 days from delivery. Replacements for defects cannot be honored beyond this period.

For products published by Tyndale House Publishers and Nav Press, you may return all printed Scripture, Bibles, New Testaments, and Gospels within 30 days.
For products published by Crossway, you may return all printed Scripture, Bibles, New Testaments and Gospels within 30 days for refund less a 5% restocking fee. The original packing slip MUST accompany the return shipment or additional restocking fees may apply.
We don't accept returns on media such as audio CD's, DVD, and Software etc, however they can be replaced/exchanged for the exact same item if defective.
It is okay for the shrink wrap to be removed but the items must be in new and resalable condition and include all of their promotional materials. Items may not be returned if there is any evidence of wear such as folded, creased or bent pages, handwriting or embossing. Returned items that cannot be resold will not be refunded. We will call you  Boxed editions must be returned in their original box and cannot show any wear as described above. Most leather editions have their own box. 

You are responsible for return shipping costs. When you return items from an order (or it was returned by the carrier because the wrong address was provided), the original shipping and handling or promotional savings that were included in the price will be deducted from the refund amount (initial handling and $1.00 per pound on USPS 4th class shipments and $1.90 per pound for FedEx/UPS shipments, based on the quantity returned) unless the return was due to our error.  To set up a return, please call customer service at 1-800-778-8865

We ship from several locations, and certain products may only be returned to specific locations. You must call to set up your return for the correct return address. Returns that are shipped to the wrong warehouse may not be eligible for refunds.
Most of the time online pricing will be the same whether you order online or by phone. But from time to time we may have a special offer that is exclusive to either a phone or internet order.
 Payment, Pricing & Promotions
We take Visa, Master, and Discover Card payments. You may also send a check or money order. Checks should be made payable to Bibles At Cost, the mailing address will be provided during checkout. If you choose to send a check your order will be processed at time of receipt.
 Viewing and Tracking Orders
To view your orders simply login to your account and click My Orders. We will make every effort to process and ship your order within one business day following the placement of your order. We will also ship from the closest facility to you whenever possible (California, Kansas, Illinois) based on product availability. Delivery often takes just a few days but may take up to 7-10 business days. For customers in Hawaii and Alaska, delivery may take approximately 3 weeks.
 Updating Account Information
It is easy to update your account information. Simply click "My Account" on the upper right part of our website. From here you will be able to edit add and change your billing and shipping address as well as your email address. Please note your credit card number is not saved for reuse so you cannot add or change a credit card number in your account to save for future orders.
 Miscellaneous Information
We reserve the right to correct typos and pricing inaccuracies. Should there ever be a discrepency in price due to inaccuracy or a typo etc, we will first call and or email you to confirm before we charge and process your order.
