Where is my order?
Most orders ship within 48 hours from order date but may take up to 4 days depending on warehouse volume and holidays. Has it been more than 7 days since you ordered? Please allow at least 7 business days before asking about undelivered orders.

Why was I billed more than I was quoted?
There could be 2 reasons. First, check to see if you are looking at a packing slip or invoice. If you are looking at a green with white stripes packing slip, then the prices shown are the retail price and not what was billed to you. Compare these to our pricing and note your savings! What is the 10 day discount?
Most of our products have additional discounts by the case lot or greater quanties. The 10 Day Discount is an incentive for your Ministry to save money by sending a prompt payment to us. On the bottom of your Order Information - Invoice, there is a green box with the amount you can deduct from your bill. You are eligible to deduct that amount if you will be mailing payment within 10 days from order date. If you paid by credit card, you will have automatically received the lowest price available.

What does Drop Ship mean?
To expedite the handling of your order, or if we do not have your products in stock, we may ship your order from various warehouses. We have three primary locations. California, Illinois and South Carolina. Specialty products may also ship from Tennessee, Florida, or Texas. You can determine the order submission date by the Drop Ship number. For example, Drop Ship 1115-A4 was submitted to the publisher/fulfillment center on November 15th 2004. Due to order volume and holidays, each center may have its own processing time of 1-4 days before your order is shipped.

Where is the rest of my order? I ordered 4 cases and got 1?
We will often split your order into multiple shipments if we do not have sufficient stock in your nearest warehouse. Does your order have a drop# on it? If so, items that are highlighted in yellow were processed from a different warehouse. It is on the way. Items circled with BO (Back Order) are temporarily unavailable and will be shipped as soon as we receive our next shipment or with your next order.

Do you emboss Bibles?
We do not emboss Bibles for individuals. However, we can talk to your Church/School/Organization about embossing your Church/School/Organization Logo and even individual names for Graduations. Please call for additional Details. 1-800-778-8865

Do you sell to book stores?
Bibles At Cost is not a wholesale to retail distributor. We sell to the "end-user" only. Therefore, we do not sell to retail book-stores. If you are a retail book store please call Tyndale Publishing House at 1-800-323-9400 to establish an account.

Do you express ship?
Bibles At Cost has three primary shipping locations. In order to provide faster delivery we will determine the shiping location depending on available inventory on hand. Average shipping time is 5 business days on average but can take from 2 to 7 business days. We only ship UPS Ground or US Mail and encourage you and your Ministry to plan ahead of time. Did you know overnight shipping usually costs more than the Bibles ordered? The average cost per case of Bibles for overnight shipping is $150. Additionally, orders requesting next day and second day rush require special handling which force us to stop what we are doing and personally deal with this order from processing to fulfillment. It is very common to make mistakes on spur-of-the-moment requests since many details may not be mentioned if you are in a hurry. We always recommend ordering 2 weeks in advance to meet your deadlines, especially during a holiday. If you are ordering in advance and are unsure whether your shipment will arrive on time, please tell us what date you need your order and we will be able to tell you if that will be possible.

What is your return policy
You may return most products to us except media (audio/software) within 30 days. Audio CD's or cassettes and software cannot be refunded, only exchanged for the same item if defective. It is okay for the shrink wrap to be removed but the items must be in new and reselable condition. Items may not be returned if the item shows wear such as folded, creased or bent pages, handwriting or embossing. Items that cannot be resold will not be refunded. Boxed editions must be returned in their original box and cannot show any wear as described above. Most leather editions have their own box. To exchange products, they must meet the same "like new" criteria as described above. Please call for exchanges so we can place your new order and make any special notes. When exchanging, we will always place and bill you for a new order. You will receive credit for the exchange when we receive the original items. What is the New Living Translation?
The New Living Translation is based on the most recent scholarship in the theory of translation. The challenge for the translators was to create a text that would make the same impact in the life of modern readers that the original text had for the original readers. In the New Living Translation, this is accomplished by translating entire thoughts (rather than just words) into natural, everyday English. The New Living Translation is currently being updated and the "2.0" version will probably be in stores by fall of this year "2004".


What types of payments do you accept?
We take Visa and MasterCard. You may also mail in a check or money order. Please call so we can give you an exact quote for your order, this will reduce processing time on receipt of your payment.

Do you have NIV in Leather?
We are no longer able to order NIV Bibles in leather. However, if your request is great enough, it might be possible to specially order from a different publisher. A suitable size request would be 96 or more of the same edition.

I paid for a Whole NLT on CD-Rom, I only got the N.T.?
The CD-ROMS we provide are what is called a "Master CD". They contain a large selection of unlockable items such as Translation, Books and Commentaries. We provided you with a Priority number which will allow you to install the Old Testament on your computer alone. This is one license that you purchased. It is unlawful to give out your priority number and you must pay for additional copies. To unlock your software, call iExalt® at 1-800-888-9898 and provide them with your priority number. Can anybody order or is this just for churches?
Our low prices are available to individuals, ministries as well as churches. We do not sell to Retail Book Stores. If you would like to open a retail outlet, please call 1-800-323-9400

What days are you open and what are your office hours?
Our hours of operation are 8am-5pm Monday thru Thursday and 8am-4:30pm on Fridays. We do not have a retail front so you must call to order. No walk ins available.
